  1. For Blender there is a free plugin in developement which can do awesome things like inflate objects, and you can grab the fabric and move it around like in Marvelous. I hope it will soon be ready for 2.8

  2. It's worth to note that Blender doesn't enable smooth shading for objects by default. That's why Blenders cloth looks blocky

  3. Nice comparison. Blender cloth has improved a lot in 2.8 and has a nice nondestructive cloth workflow with array, bolean, subsurface etc with better self collision than before. Is it possible to do non destructive booleans and array operations with maya cloth?
A comparison in more complex sims would be interesiting too.

  4. you forgot to mention that blender has presets too and it can be changed easily just like maya. Though there are only about 5 presets for cloth but you can add as much presets as you want.

  5. King of Arguments: Blender is great and free, Maya is also great and free*

*If you know what I mean.

  6. spoiler = maya win ……….. por ahora . portafolio web :https://www.behance.net/artistamodel3D

  7. How about the simulation performance between two software? Blender work very slow if you try to interact the simulating clothes.
